# The Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres (Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations, which extend to Great Britain, may be cited as the Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres (Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 31st December 1990.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal regulations” means the Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres (Certification) Regulations 1990.
