  "text": "(1) Electrical equipment which is in conformity with a designated standard (or part of such a standard) ... is to be presumed to be in conformity with the principal elements of the safety objectives covered by that standard (or that part of that standard).\n(2) The presumption in paragraph (1) is rebuttable.",
