# The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 11: Amendment of the Consumer Rights Act 2015


In paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, at the appropriate place insert—
“regulation 41(1) or (2) of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1101);”.
