  "text": "The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 31st March 1990 —\n(a) the provisions specified in Schedule 1 to this Order;\n(b) section 112(4) except insofar as it relates to the provisions specified in Schedule 2 to this Order, and Schedule 18 except for those provisions; and\n(c) Schedule 17, except for paragraph 3(b) and the word “and” immediately preceding it.",
