# The Electricity Act 1989 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001, Article 2


The following provisions of the Electricity Act 1989 shall come into force on 9th November 2001—
(a) section 112(4) to the extent that it relates to the provisions in Schedule 18 which are not already in force; and
(b) paragraph 3(b) of Schedule 17 and the word “and” immediately preceding it; and
(c) Schedule 18, so far as not already in force.
