Coming into force 31st March 1990
The Secretary of State for Energy (as respects England and Wales) and the Secretary of State for Scotland (as respects Scotland), in exercise of the powers conferred by section 112(2) of the Electricity Act 1989, and of all other enabling powers, hereby make the following Order:—
