  "text": "In this Part of this Schedule “the Electricity Acts” means—\n(a) the Electricity Acts 1947 to 1961 and the Electricity (Scotland) Act 1979; and\n(b) such of the provisions of the Energy Act 1976 and the Energy Act 1983 as are repealed by this Act;\nand expressions which are used in Part I of this Act have the same meanings as in that Part.",
