  "text": "Where any representation, reference or report made under, or in such circumstances as are mentioned in, any of the following enactments, namely—\n(a) section 7 of the Electricity Act 1947;\n(b) Schedule 7 to the Electricity (Scotland) Act 1979; and\n(c) section 21 of the Energy Act 1983,\nis effective on the day appointed for the coming into force of the repeal by this Act of that enactment, the representation, reference or report shall have effect as if it were a representation made to the Director; and the provisions of Part I of this Act shall apply accordingly.",
