  "text": "(1) Where an electricity supplier, for the purpose of meeting the needs of a disabled person—\n(a) alters the position of any electricity meter provided by him for a customer of his; or\n(b) replaces such a meter with one which has been specially adapted,\nthe supplier shall not charge the customer for the alteration or replacement.\n(2) Section 23 applies to any dispute arising under this paragraph.",
