  "text": "The following are relevant provisions in relation to the holder of an electricity system operator licence—\n(a) each of the provisions mentioned in sub-paragraphs (ca) to (h) of paragraph 4 above;\n(b) sections 26 to 29 of the Energy Act 2010 (adjustment of charges);\n(c) sections 163 to 165A, 171 and 173 of the Energy Act 2023 (ISOP objectives, duties and related functions);\n(d) section 17(10) of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 (duty to comply with direction under section 17 of that Act).",
