  "text": "The following are relevant provisions in relation to the holder of a distribution licence—\n(a) section 9;\n(b) sections 16 to 23;\n(c) section 40A;\n(d) sections 42 and 42A;\n(e) section 42AB;\n(f) sections 43, 46 and 47 of the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007 (complaints);\n(g) sections 26 to 29 of the Energy Act 2010 (adjustment of charges to help disadvantaged groups of consumers);\n(h) section 17(10) of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 (duty to comply with direction under section 17 of that Act).",
