# Electricity Act 1989, Section 110: Financial provisions.

Extent: E+W+S

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or the Treasury in consequence of the provisions of this Act; and
(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.
