Regulation 7 Objections by other persons

Any notice published or served pursuant to regulation 4, 5 or 6 shall state the time (which shall not be less than 28 days from the date or latest date of publication of the notice, or less than 28 days from the date of service of the notice) within which, and the manner in which, objections to the application may be made to the Secretary of State by persons other than the relevant planning authority.
