In regulation 59 (requirement to provide applicant credit cover)—
(a)
in paragraph (2)—
(i)
for “paragraphs (2A), (2B) and (2C)” substitute “paragraph (2C)”;
(ii)
omit sub-paragraph (b);
(b)
omit paragraphs (2A) and (2B).
