  "text": "(1) In regulation 32(1)—\n(a) for ““TF1rate” means” substitute ““TFxrate” (for any value of x from x = 1 to x = 5) means”;\n(b) for “that TF1” substitute “that TFx”; and\n(c) omit the definition of “TF2rate”.\n(2) For regulation 32(2) and (3) substitute—\n“(2) Those rates are as follows—\nTF1rate is £5,000/MW;\nTF2rate is £25,000/MW;\nTF3rate is £10,000/MW;\nTF4rate is £15,000/MW;\nTF5rate is £35,000/MW.”.",
