# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 19: Regulation 61 (draw down of applicant credit cover)


(1) In regulation 61(1)(c), after both occurrences of “fee” insert “or non-completion fee” and after “regulation 43” insert “or 43A”.
(2) In regulation 61(2)(c), after “fee” insert “or non-completion fee”.
