  "text": "In regulation 2(1)—\n(a) in the definition of “capacity obligation”, insert at the end “(and, unless the context otherwise requires, includes a part of a capacity obligation)”;\n(b) after the definition of “capacity payment” insert—\n““capacity provider” means the holder of—\n(a) a capacity agreement, or\n(b) a transferred part;”;\n(c) in the definition of “termination fee”, after “capacity agreement” insert “or transferred part”; and\n(d) after the definition of “total system”, insert—\n““transferred part” has the meaning given in regulation 30A(3);”.",
