# The Electricity Capacity (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 29: Regulation 68 (delivery body reviewable decisions)


(1) In the table in regulation 68(2), in the last entry in the first column, after “capacity agreement” insert “or a transferred part”.
(2) In regulation 68(3), for “has the meaning” substitute “, “termination notice” and “notice of intention to terminate” have the meaning”.
