Paragraph 10 Regulation 87A (transitory provisions: the second T-4 auction)

For regulation 87A(2) substitute—

Where this paragraph applies, paragraph (7) of regulation 87 has effect as if the reference to the “first T-4 auction” were a reference to the second T-4 auction.”.
