  "text": "The provisions of this Schedule—\n(a) apply to a document, which includes an application, notice, invoice or credit note; and\n(b) are subject to any specific provisions in these Regulations , the Supplier Payment Regulations or capacity market rules about—\n(i) a particular kind of document; or\n(ii) the provision of documents by or to a particular person or class of persons.",
