Article 2 Conditions on exemptions

Article 4 of the Principal Order is amended—

(a)

in paragraph (1), by substituting for the words “paragraphs (2) to (5)” the words “paragraphs (3) to (5)”;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (2);

(c)

by substituting for paragraph (5) the following—“If a name or address notified to the Director pursuant to paragraph 3(a) or 4(a) above ceases to be correct the person in question shall notify the Director forthwith of the change of name or address.”; and

(d)

by deleting paragraph (6).
