The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (as respects England and Wales) and the Secretary of State for Scotland (as respects Scotland), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 111(2) of the Electricity Act 1989^f1 and after consultation with the Director General of Electricity Supply, hereby make the following Order:—
