The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 5 of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”)f1 and after giving notice under and considering any representations in accordance with section 5(2) of that Act and after consultation with the Scottish Ministersf2 hereby makes the following Order:—
