  "text": "In Schedule 3 to the 2001 Order, after the paragraph entitled “Class C: Distribution to non-domestic consumers” insert—\n“Class D: Offshore distributors\nPersons (other than licensed distributors) who distribute electricity generated by an offshore generating station by means of a distribution system which is not used to convey electricity generated otherwise than by offshore generating stations.\nD.1 For the purposes of Class D—\n“offshore generating station” means a generating station that is situated within an area of offshore waters; and\n“offshore waters” means—\n(a) waters in or adjacent to Great Britain which are between the mean low water mark and the seaward limits of the territorial sea;\n(b) waters within an area designated under section 1(7) of the Continental Shelf Act 1964; and\n(c) waters within an area designated under section 84(4) of the Energy Act 2004.”.",
