Laid before Parliament 31st December 2002
Coming into force 1st June 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 19(2) and (3), 60 and 64(1)of the Electricity Act 1989 and after consultation with the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, hereby makes the following Regulations:
