  "text": "Electricity\nMade 30th November 2022\nLaid before Parliament 6th December 2022\nComing into force 1st April 2023\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(3A) and 60(3) of, and Schedule 5B to, the Electricity Act 1989.\nIn accordance with paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 5B to that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority.",
