Laid before Parliament 21st January 2002
Coming into force 11th February 2002
The Secretary of State in Exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 19(2) and (3), 60 and 64(1) of the Electricity Act 1989 and after consultation with the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
