The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 84(4) of the Electricity Act 1989f1, after consultation with the Electricity Council and its successor companies and being satisfied that nothing further remains to be done by the Electricity Council (whether under Schedule 17 to that Act or otherwise), hereby makes the following Order:
