  "text": "(1) Subject to the following paragraph, the Electricity Generating Stations and Overhead Lines (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1981 (“the 1981 Rules”) are hereby revoked.\n(2) The 1981 Rules shall continue to apply to any inquiry which commenced before the date on which these Rules come into force, and for the purposes of this rule an inquiry shall be taken to have commenced on the day on which the Secretary of State first gave notice under rule 4(1) of the 1981 Rules fixing the date, time and place for the holding of the inquiry.",
