# The Electricity Generating Stations and Overhead Lines (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1990, Article 4: Preliminary information


The Secretary of State shall as soon as practicable after the issue of a relevant notice inform the applicant and the relevant planning authority in writing of the name and address of any qualifying objector who has made representations to him.
