Authority is hereby given for any person —

(a)

to enter into contractual or other arrangements for obtaining a supply of natural gas as fuel for an electricity generating station with a generating capacity of less than 10 megawatts; and

(b)

to extend the duration of any such arrangements (whether made before or after this Order comes into force),

without giving notice to the Secretary of State under section 14(2) of the Act.
