Laid before Parliament 17th December 1987
Coming into force 27th January 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 14(4) and (5) of the Energy Act 1976 (in this Order referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
