# The Electricity Lands and Generators (Rateable Values) (Scotland) Variation Order 2002, Article 1: Citation, commencement and date of effect


This Order may be cited as the Electricity Lands and Generators (Rateable Values) (Scotland) Variation Order 2002 and shall come into force on 31st March 2002 but shall have effect as from 1st April 2001.
