  "text": "In article 9–\n(a) for “2000–01 and the four” there shall be substituted “2001–02 and the three”;\n(b) in paragraph (a), after the words “Scottish Power UK plc” in each place they occur, there shall be inserted “or, as the case may be, SP Distribution Limited or SP Power Systems Limited”; and\n(c) in paragraph (b), after the words “Scottish and Southern Energy plc” in each place they occur, there shall be inserted “or, as the case may be, Scottish Hydro-Electric Power Distribution Limited”.",
