(1) Article 35 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2—
(a) omit point (a);
(b) in point (e), omit “and (2)”.
(3) In paragraph 5—
(a) omit points (a) and (c);
(b) omit point (e) and the “; and” before it.
