Article 5 Amendment of Electricity Act 1989

In section 100 of the Electtricity Act 1989^f1, after subsection (5) there shall be inserted the following subsection—

“(6)

In the application of this section to Northern Ireland, for the reference in sbusection (3) above to the Director there shall be substituted a reference to the Director General of Electricity Supply for Northern Ireland.”.
