  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Priority Dispatch) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and shall come into operation in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).\n(2) This regulation and regulations 2, 3(2) and (3), 4 and 5(d) shall come into operation on 31st December 2020.\n(3) Regulations 3(1) and 5(a) to (c) shall come into operation on 1st April 2021.",
