Regulation 2 Interpretation

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954f1 applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.

(2)

In these Regulations—

  • “the 1992 Order” means the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992f2;

  • “the Authority” has the same meaning as in Part 2 of that Order (see Article 3 of that Order);

  • “licence” means a transmission or distribution licence within the meaning of that Part.
