The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 100(2)(b) of the Electricity Act 1989^f1 and after consultation with the Director General of Electricity Supply and the Director General of Fair Trading,^f2 hereby makes the following Order:—
