These Regulations amend the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 1993 (“the Principal Regulations”) by substituting new Schedules 2 to 4 and 6 to 14. The new Schedules contain the following changes:

  • Schedules 8 and 9 contain a revised period in respect of the matter referred to in regulation 5(2)(a) of the Principal Regulations;

  • Schedule 8 contains a revised period in respect of the matter referred to in regulation 5(2)(b) of the Principal Regulations;

  • Schedules 2 to 4 and 6 to 14 contain a revised period in respect of the matter referred to in regulation 9(4)(b) of the Principal Regulations; and

  • Schedules 3, 4 and 6 to 14 contain revised periods in respect of the matters referred to in regulations 10(2)(a) and 10(2)(b) of the Principal Regulations.

Schedules 1 and 5 to the Principal Regulations have not been amended.
