Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, and shall come into force on 1st July 1998.

In these Regulations, the “Principal Regulations” means the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 1993^f1 as amended by the Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 1995^f2.
