# The Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 9: Amendment of the Principal Regulations


Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations and the heading thereof shall be deleted and replaced by the following new regulation and heading:
“Timing of Notification
16 For the purpose of regulations 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10, where the requirements of paragraph (1) of any of those regulations are satisfied after 4 p.m. on a working day or at any time on any other day, they shall be deemed to have been satisfied on the next following working day.”.
