Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

In these Regulations “Principal Regulations” means the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 1993^f1 as amended by the Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 1995^f2 and the Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 1998^f3.
