Regulation 10 Amendment of the Principal Regulations
The Schedule to the Principal Regulations shall be amended—
(a)
by deleting the rows in the table set out in Part I of that Schedule which refer to regulations 9(2)(a), 9(2)(b), 9(2)(c), 9(3), 10(2), 10(4)(a), 10(4)(b), 11(3) and 12(2); and
(b)
by inserting, in the appropriate numerical position in the table set out in Part I of that Schedule, the following new rows—
