# The Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 2: Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005


—In regulation 3(1) (general interpretation) of the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005—
(a) in the definition of “relevant supplier”, for “is in effect” substitute “had effect immediately prior to 1 August 2007”;
(b) in the definition of “supply services area” after “electricity supplier’s licence”, insert “immediately prior to 1 August 2007”.
