Regulation 10 Amendment of the ESO Regulations (regulation 14)

Regulation 14 of the ESO Regulations is amended as follows.

In paragraph (3) after “supplier” insert “who supplied electricity during the adjusted reference period”.

In paragraph (5) for “purpose of paragraph (4)” substitute “purposes of paragraphs (3), (4) and (6)”.

In paragraph (6)(b) after “supplier” insert “who supplied electricity during the adjusted reference period”.
