# The Electricity Supply (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1987, Article 15: Way leaves


In Article 38(5) of the Electricity Supply Order (retention of electric lines after expiration of agreement or arrangement) after
“position as” there shall be inserted “, and on the same terms and subject to the same conditions as were previously applicable,”.
