# The Electricity Supply (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1987, Article 3: Northern Ireland Electricity


(1) The Northern Ireland Electricity Service established under Article 4 of the Electricity Supply Order is renamed Northern Ireland Electricity.
(2) In part II of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act1975 c. 251975 for the entry “The Northern Ireland Electricity Service” there shall be substituted— “Northern Ireland Electricity”.
