Article 9 Extension of borrowing powers of Northern Ireland Electricity

In Article 18(3) of the Electricity Supply Order (power of the Service to borrow) at the end there shall be added—

“(g)

the provision of money for meeting any expenditure incurred by the Service in connection with any agreement or arrangement made with any person as mentioned in Article 5(4)(b)”.
