# The Electricity Supply (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Paragraph 13


In regulation 39 (offences), for the words “guilty of an offence under section 16 of the Energy Act 1983” there shall be substituted the words “liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.”
